Privacy
Short version: we keep only what an order needs, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you order we store your name, email, delivery address and phone number, plus the contents of your order. If you join the trade list we keep your email and shop name. We do not store card details on this site.
Why we collect it
To pick and deliver your order, to handle returns and warranty servicing, and — only if you asked for it — to send restock alerts and trade pricing.
Who can see it
Order details are visible to the workshop team handling your order. We never sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with anyone beyond the carrier delivering your parcel.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for accounting. Trade list sign-ups are kept until you ask us to remove them, which you can do by replying to any email.
