Terms of sale
Plain terms for professional tools, written to be read once.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once the order is picked, and only then is the contract formed. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude duties outside the EU.
Payment
Card payment is taken at checkout and processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly — we never see or store them.
Returns
Tools may be returned unused within 30 days in their original case for a full refund. Sharpen and service work is excluded once it has been carried out.
Warranty
Five years against manufacturing failure in professional use. Deliberate damage, dropped tools and unauthorised repair are excluded.
